Creating space for a family of four to function in a 900 sqft Spanish style bungalow.

We added more storage space in the kitchen with cabinetry and created a unique floor pattern for the mini bath from “seconds” Heath tile. Updated light fixtures to modernize and painted the interior + exterior to brighten up the space and make it feel larger. Highlighting the back deck for year round indoor / outdoor living helped expand the family’s footprint. Finally we maximized the small back yard by adding a sweet ADU to be used as a home office.
